Interzero Circular Consulting Austria supports its customers in fulfilling the requirements resulting from legal regulations and actively advises them throughout the entire process of professional waste disposal management. With the specially prescribed “best service” approach, the aim is to offer customers an all-round, worry-free package. Interzero Circular Consulting - your authorized representative in Austria
We have had the expertise to act as authorized representatives for companies for almost 10 years. Since January 1, 2023, an authorized representative based in Austria is now also mandatory if you place packaging on the market in Austria.
As an authorized representative, we assume responsibility for compliance with all relevant regulations in Austria - on your behalf. As an authorized representative, we cover all areas of extended producer responsibility. We are therefore your contact if you need an authorized representative for packaging and single-use plastic products, electrical appliances and batteries.
Who is obliged to appoint a proxy?
- Mail order companies that are not based in Austria but within the EU and that hand over packaging or goods or goods in packaging in Austria to a private end consumer as part of distance selling
- Companies based in another Member State of the European Union who wish to continue to take over the pre-commitment for packaging for their Austrian corporate customers also require an authorised representative
- Distance selling traders who sell electrical and electronic goods or appliance, vehicle or industrial batteries directly to end users in Austria
- Manufacturers who commercially sell electrical and electronic equipment or batteries in Austria to persons other than final consumers.
What do we do for you?
As your authorized representative, Interzero Circular Consulting assumes all obligations arising from the Packaging, Waste Electrical Equipment and Battery Ordinance in Austria. We provide the following services, among others, as required by law:
- Registration as your authorized representative in the register of the Federal Environment Agency
- Transmission of your master data to the register as well as deposit of your categories of packaging or single-use plastic products
- Informing your corporate customers about the authorization and the masses of packaging or disposable plastic products that concern them.
- Submitting the list of your corporate clients to the registry
- Discharge of your packaging or single-use plastic products delivered to Austria to Interzero, your collection and recycling system.
