Sales / Distribution
For us, sales is more than just building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting negotiations, discussing our services in detail, and building customized solutions. Als ich damals noch in meiner Funktion als Verpackungsentwickler bei einem Lebensmittelhersteller war, hatte ich bereits Kontakt mit einem Mitarbeiter von Interzero. Wochen später erhielt ich ein Jobangebot als Verpackungsentwickler bei einem Umweltdienstleister, wie sich damals herausstellte war dies Interzero. Schon vorab habe ich mich über Interzero erkundigt und nahm, aufgrund des spannenden Tätigkeitsfelds, den Job an. Bereut habe ich das nie. Ich darf international mit motivierten Kolleg:innen an spannenden, nachhaltigen Projekten mitarbeiten und mein Expertenwissen miteinbringen. Des Weiteren ist es mir möglich direkt den Aufbau meines Arbeitsbereiches mitzugestalten. Auch im privaten Bereich werden Mitarbeiter:innen von Interzero unterstützt, als Familienvater war mir Home Office ein großes Anliegen, weshalb ich froh bin, dass Interzero mit den Herausforderungen der Mitarbeiter:innen flexibel umgeht.

Mir seit Beginn meiner Karriere klar war, dass ich gerne mit Menschen arbeiten möchte. Deshalb habe ich mich für eine Tätigkeit im HR-Bereich entschieden. Ich bin der festen Überzeugung, dass jedes Unternehmen eine gute HR-Abteilung benötigt. Obwohl ich in meinem vorherigen Job zufrieden war, habe ich mich bewusst für einen Wechsel zu einem Unternehmen entschieden, das Nachhaltigkeit in den Fokus stellt. So ist auch der Wechsel zu Interzero zustande gekommen. Auch wenn ich nicht direkt an der Umsetzung nachhaltiger Services beteiligt bin und keinen Kundenkontakt habe, bin ich davon überzeugt, dass ich durch meine Arbeit dazu beitragen kann, unsere Ziele “eine Welt ohne Abfall” zu erreichen. Ich betrachte mich selbst als "Trainerstab", da ich mich um die Personalentwicklung und Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiterinnen kümmere. Nur so können sich unsere Expert*innen auf ihre Aufgaben konzentrieren und wir können gemeinsam einen positiven Einfluss auf unseren Planeten ausüben.

hier Meinungen sehr geschätzt werden. Man kann aktiv Änderungen bewirken und wird daher, egal in welcher Position, auch als wichtiger Teil der Firma gesehen. Bei internen Entscheidungsprozessen werden Mitarbeiter aus allen Abteilungsebenen zu Rate gezogen und nichts was den einzelnen Mitarbeiter betrifft wird über dessen Kopf hinweg entschieden. Die Übernahme von Eigenverantwortung wird sehr geachtet, jedoch angepasst an die Position nicht immer vorausgesetzt. Daher sind die Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten abteilungsübergreifend gegeben.
