Die EU Verpackungs- und Verpackungsabfallverordnungg PPWR in der Industriestrategie<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Mit der EU Verpackungs- und Verpackungsabfallverordnung PPWR<\/strong>, ver\u00f6ffentlicht im J\u00e4nner 2025, gilt erstmals ein europaweit einheitlicher Rechtsrahmen f\u00fcr Verpackungen. Die Verordnung ist unmittelbar in allen EU Mitgliedstaaten anzuwenden und definiert verbindliche Ziele zur Reduktion von Verpackungsabf\u00e4llen. Vorgesehen sind mindestens 5 Prozent bis 2030, 10 Prozent bis 2035 und 15 Prozent bis 2040. Damit betrifft die PPWR die gesamte Verpackungswertsch\u00f6pfungskette.<\/p>\n

Vor diesem Hintergrund gewinnt Kreislaufwirtschaft auch strategisch an Bedeutung. Die aktuelle Industriestrategie <\/strong>unterstreicht, dass Ressourcensicherheit, Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit und langfristige Planungssicherheit f\u00fcr Unternehmen zunehmend zusammen gedacht werden m\u00fcssen. Regulatorische Anforderungen werden damit zu einem integralen Bestandteil unternehmerischer Entscheidungen.<\/p>\n
